Our services may generate AI-created text, images, video concepts, or other outputs.
You understand and agree that:

• Outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable
   
• Outputs may require human review before use
   
• You are responsible for how you use the generated content
   
• We are not liable for consequences of your use or misuse of AI-generated outputs
   

AI Battalion does not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, bias, or unintended elements.

All content, branding, graphics, software, and materials provided by AI Battalion are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, republish, or redistribute our content without permission
   
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
   
• Modify or create derivative works from our materials
   

Except for rights explicitly granted, all intellectual property rights remain with AI Battalion.

If paid services are offered:

• Prices are listed at checkout or within the platform
   
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
   
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date
   
• We may update pricing with reasonable notice
   

Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account or access.

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party services.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party websites or tools.

We do not guarantee:

Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alaska
